I was just creating a new topic on the boards and thought of a possible addition that could be made. I think there should be a button to preview your post, if you’re creating a new topic or just posting to a existing topic.
The text is already there for you to review in the edit field before you press the add button. don't be so lazy, this would be unnecesary work for the admins.
*agrees* .. I don't understand why some boards have these unnecessary additions! Lol big waste!
I understand that it is already there to be reviewed. However, it would be nice to beable to view it as it would appear after being posted before u actually post it. I just figured that some people might find this helpful.
I just don't see the point in adding this feature. Why would it really be necessary to preview it as it would appear after it was posted? We have the ability to review it before we post it, and we can take care of any necessary editing right there.
Actually, you can't see how HTML tags would be interpreted, so there is some merit to the idea, IMHO.
agreed with admin here. I post to the borads on a regular bases, and paragraphs which I have put into my text while writing in ms word are not transfered correctly to the post on this site, although this is not a major problem bieng able to see what you post before you post is a good idea, as I have found that in the initial edit field, all my paragraphs are correct, but when the mesasge is posted, the paragraphs are gone. thanks.

It'd be a great idea for those like myself who use html code. You can preview weather your post looks good and if the code you used took. And if not you can hit the edit button and fix it. News flash folks most php or ppbb boards now a days have this feature to lessen up posts that have errors in them.
